Designing the send-off
The gathering, designed — not improvised.
We shape the ceremony around the person: the order of service, the music, the words. If the eulogy is hard to find, we help write it. You approve everything; we arrange all of it.
- 04The day of the return
The day itself
We hold everything. You hold each other.
Your Return Designer is there, and the venue, the timing and the quiet logistics are handled — the things no grieving family should have to think about. You grieve. We carry the rest.

The paperwork
Every form, handled quietly.
The death certificate, the lodgements, the whole statutory trail — managed on your behalf, correctly and without fuss. You sign only what is yours to sign.
- 06Through the first twelve months
The year after
We don't leave when the week ends.
Grief counselling with a registered counsellor, included. A keepsake book of the day at sixty days. Gentle check-ins, and a remembrance to mark the first year.
